Coach
Nenad Markovic, who had been with the club since summer 2021, was "suspended" on December 14, 2023, and is claiming over 400,000 euros from JDA Dijon in the Labor Court. He was replaced by Laurent Legname as head coach, assisted by Vincent Dumestre, Keny Foreau and Elise Prodhomme.

For the 2024/2025 season, Dijon has a projected budget of €6.4M (up 3% from €6.2M last year), making it the 7th largest budget among the 16 Betclic Elite clubs (as per DNCCGCP communication on October 22, 2024).

Training Center
Dijon's training center, established in 1982, includes two teams competing in French championships (U18 and U21). The facility is managed by Fabien Romeyer and is linked to the SASP.
With daily or twice-daily training sessions, technical and tactical preparation is provided by experienced state-certified coaches. Physical training is handled by physical trainers from the Dijon Performance Expertise Center. Players are monitored by the club's physician.
