Coach

Gravelines started the season with Laurent Legname (head coach) and Olivier Bourgain (sports director) before dismissing them after a 0-6 start. Assistant coach Sébastien Devos served as interim coach before Jean-Christophe Prat was officially appointed as BCM Gravelines-Dunkerque's coach until June 30, 2025. He is assisted by Frédéric Wiscart-Goetz and Sébastien Devos. After orchestrating Gravelines-Dunkerque's miraculous maintenance in the league, Jean-Christophe Prat extended his contract by one year until 2026.

Budget
