Gabby Williams and Valériane Ayayi named to EuroLeague Final Six All-Star Five

Valériane Ayayi (1.86 m, 30 years) has just experienced one of the greatest moments of her career. On Sunday, April 13, 2025, the French wing won the EuroLeague with Prague, a first for her after several unsuccessful attempts. Having returned to the Czech club in 2022, the French national team captain will extend her contract with a squad that will have an even stronger French presence next season.

In a final dominated by Prague against Mersin (66-53), Valériane Ayayi was one of her team’s key players with 14 points, 3 rebounds, and 4 assists. Throughout the EuroLeague season, the Olympic silver medalist posted solid statistics: 13.7 points, 6.8 rebounds, and 3.5 assists in less than 33 minutes per game.
Having previously played for Prague between 2018 and 2020, Ayayi returned in 2022 to establish herself as a team leader. Her contract extension, confirmed before the Final Six by the X page Rookie and which we can confirm, extends a great adventure with the Czech capital club.
Valériane Ayayi won’t be the only French player in Prague next season. She will soon be joined by Janelle Salaün (1.88 m, 23 years) and Pauline Astier (1.79 m, 23 years), two of the most promising players of their generation, who will discover the EuroLeague in an environment already familiar to a French international.
Prague, still ambitious on the European stage, will thus count on a quality French core to try to retain its throne.
