French NM1 Champion one month after arriving in Rouen
The French first division will finally see Clarence Nadolny play in its ranks, wearing Elan Chalon’s colors where his fierce defensive skills will certainly be utilized by Elric Delord. Long courted by first division clubs, the combo guard will finally experience this level of competition at almost 25 years old. A logical next step for the Montreuil native, who is averaging over 12 points and 3.5 assists in his 3rd season at Rouen, his second in Pro B.
After three seasons at the renowned Texas Tech university in the US, Clarence Nadolny returned to France, first with Andrézieux-Bouthéon in NM1 in summer 2022. After a successful first half of the season averaging over 10 points, he then joined future champion Rouen as a medical replacement. This earned him the nickname « swindler » from his then-captain Benoît Injai: « He’s here for a month and becomes French champion! » the current Quimper player told us jokingly. Before adding: « He helped us a lot. He brought his intensity, he’s super athletic, a defensive dog. »
Constant progression at RMB
Thus, Clarence Nadolny then discovered Pro B with Rouen, a team he remained loyal to last summer despite interest from Betclic ELITE clubs. Which he logically couldn’t refuse in 2025, activating his release clause to sign with Elan Chalon for the 2025-2026 season.
