Olympiakos still without Fournier and Fall, Keenan Evans close to debut

Before facing ALBA Berlin this Friday evening in the EuroLeague clash of extremes, Olympiakos has more clarity on the return of its players. Evan Fournier (1.98 m, 32 years) and Moustapha Fall (2.18 m, 33 years), briefly sidelined, are expected back next week. As for Keenan Evans, the American guard who arrived last summer, he could finally play after missing a full year.

Regarding Keenan Evans, it’s a different situation. The American point guard, long-term injured, hasn’t played yet this season. Back in team training, he’s very close to an official return. « He looks very good in practice, but we shouldn’t rush things. He also needs to feel mentally ready, » stated Bartzokas, adding that a decision would be made with the player before the Berlin game.

In a tight regular season finale, these returns could give the Greek club an ideal second wind to approach the playoffs in the best conditions.
