Coach
Frédéric Fauthoux has been the head coach of Bourg-en-Bresse since summer 2022. Despite being courted by ASVEL for a return, Frédéric Fauthoux ultimately declined Villeurbanne's offers to commit long-term with Bourg-en-Bresse. The EuroCup finalist coach extended his contract for three years with Jeunesse Laïque. He is assisted by Slobodan Savovic, Jean-Baptiste Lecrosnier and Arnaud Tessier.

The JL Bourg youth academy offers a path to both academic and athletic success. The coaching staff includes renowned coaches such as Frédéric Sarre, Arnaud Tessier, and Marius Leonavicius.
JL Bourg was the first club in France to create a specialized point guard school, particularly through its U17, U18, and Espoirs teams.
