Amael L'Etang is a French post player. Trained in the Toulouse region, he played for several clubs - Lavaur (2007 to 2013), Saint Sulpice la Pointe (2013-2014), Tropik Toulouse (2014 to 2016), Labège (2016 to 2018) and Bruguières (2018-2020), before joining Cholet Basket's youth academy in 2020.
After becoming a key player in Cholet's U21 team in 2023-2024, and winning both the French U21 Championship and Future Trophy in 2023, he chose to continue his development in the United States by joining the University of Dayton in 2024.
Additionally, Amael L'Etang represented France at the U18 EuroBasket in summer 2023.
