Kezza Giffa

Player Profile
Kezza Giffa is a scoring point guard who trained at various clubs, following the career of his father, former international player Sacha Giffa.
"So from a very young age, I've been immersed in basketball, I've had a ball in my hand since birth. Watching my father's games is what made me love this sport. Before, I played both soccer and basketball, I had to make a choice because training sessions and games were becoming too complicated to manage both. I chose basketball - it was a choice from the heart, and watching my father's career, it came naturally. Before joining Levallois, I started playing club basketball in Strasbourg when my father played for SIG, then I followed him to Fos-sur-Mer, he changed clubs to go to Châlons-Reims, so I followed him there too, then I joined Levallois' youth academy. My journey was basically determined by where my father played."
After a strong final U21 season with Levallois (averaging 17.8 points in U21 league in 2020-2021), Kezza Giffa chose to join the American college championship, NCAA. He committed to UTEP but played very little. In 2022-2023, the quick shooting guard moved down to Junior College (JuCo). At Daytona State, he averaged 10.8 points and 3 assists and made the second team all-Central Conference. This performance convinced High Point to bring him back to NCAA.
