Noa Kouakou-Heugue, a 2.04m forward, played successively at the Voiron Training Center (Aura), ASVEL club in U15, and then joined the French National Training Center. In summer 2023, he played in the U16 European Championship with the French national team (limited playing time with 2.3 points and 3.3 rebounds in 11 minutes). For the 2023/2024 season, he made his NM1 debut averaging 3.4 points and 4.0 rebounds in 18 minutes per game over 28 matches. In early 2024, Noa Kouakou-Heugue also participated in the Adidas Next Generation Tournament (ANGT), averaging 5.0 points and 3.0 rebounds in 14 minutes per game (4 games played). On May 18, 2024, he was pre-selected by the French Basketball Federation for the U17 World Cup taking place from June 29 to July 7 in Turkey.
